Are you passionate about sustainability and eager to lead projects that make a real difference? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Food Packaging Solutions team in Malmö — a hub of innovation, rapid growth, and bold ideas.
The Role
As Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of developing new products, concepts, and services. You’ll ensure quality, drive collaboration, and test new ways of working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
You’ll work closely with product, sourcing, marketing, quality, and external partners to bring sustainable packaging solutions to life.
What You’ll Do
Lead projects within our Takeaway concept — spanning products, systems, and services.
Take full ownership of assigned projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects meet defined requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.
Clearly define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Who You Are
You’re a proactive, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in dynamic settings. You love testing new approaches, learning fast, and collaborating across teams.
You bring:
Strong planning and adaptability skills.
Confidence in experimenting and refining processes.
Excellent communication across diverse teams.
Interest or experience in production processes.
Budgeting know-how and financial awareness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
Experience with project tools (Antura is a plus).
Fluency in English (written & spoken).
You don’t need to be a technical expert — but a technical interest and the ability to engage with stakeholders is key.
